The purpose of this letter is to hereby terminate any business relationship I have with Silkies / HCI Direct, Inc. Please find enclosed the four (4) products originally sent to me, which I never knowingly ordered, as well as your so-called “free sample.”
I expect to receive no further invoices, nor any other correspondences whatsoever, from Silkies / HCI Direct, Inc. from this day forward – with the exception of a formal apology for perpetrating this barefaced scam. Thank you, and good day.
